“Grow More Organic” Incentive
• If your 2009 seed order exceeds your 2008 seed order, the additional units
on your 2009 order for corn and/or soybeans will receive the Early Order
Discount listed below..
• All Organic growers who did not order from Great Harvest Organics in 2008,
qualify for the
“Grow More Organic” Incentive. Note: Customers may qualify for both
the Grow More Organic Incentive and the Early Order Discount.
• The “Grow More Organic” Incentive lasts until July 31, 2009.

Payment Terms

All
seed purchases are due prior to seed shipment. Exception: Seed customers
may apply for December 1, 2009 financing terms. Contact Great
Harvest Organics for a credit approval form.

All
seed accounts that are unpaid as of December 1, 2009 will be charged a
1.5% per month carrying fee based on the unpaid balance, which is equivalent
to an 18% Annual Percentage Rate.

| All purchases (other than seed) are due 30 days after invoice date. If not
paid by the due date, the above mentioned 18% carrying fee will apply. |
| Previous year seed accounts must be paid in full prior to shipments of
current year products to any customer. |
| Farm Plan®, Discover®,VISA®, and Mastercard® payment plans are available
on request. |
Replant Policies
Replant seed is subject to availability and will be offered subject to evaluation.
Corn: Great Harvest Organics offers a 100% Free Replant policy on Great Harvest Organics corn.
Alfalfa: Great Harvest Organics offers a 50% replant policy on Great Harvest Organics alfalfa for the acres of the original planting that need to be re-seeded.
